Shipping policy

Hidden Cove and Co utilizes shipping methods provided by the fulfillment facility and may utilize UPS, USPS, or other shipping methods at our disposal, at our discretion. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Hidden Cove and Co is not responsible for errors made by the consumer (IE improper address) or errors/issues with the shipping service (IE address unable to be found or delivered to)
